Is an HVAC maintenance plan really worth it?

For an older system, usually yes, and not because of any single line on the bill. The real payoff is fewer surprise breakdowns, a system that lasts longer, and never facing an emergency without a plan already in place. On top of that, members save on every repair and skip the wait for service.
